Submitting a project
Refer your project to us with the form below, and if you have any problems, just pick up the phone.
Before submitting
Make sure that you have read our designer guidelines. This is what you can expect to happen when you submit the form:
- On receipt of the form, we'll follow up with you within 1 working day to let you know we have it, and to clarify any points that are not yet clear.
- Within the next 1-2 days, you'll receive a preliminary written estimate. As all of our features can be implemented at both a basic or a highly customised level, this estimate may often contain a range of costs.
- We then work with you to refine the scope and detail of the design, including the sitemap.
- With this done, we can confirm the project start date & scope, and provide a confirmed cost.
- We issue a Pro-forma invoice for the project deposit.
- On receipt of the deposit and files, we begin the project.
From start to fnish, this process may take anywhere from 2-3 days (for simple sites) to 2-3 weeks (for larger sites requiring detailed specifcation and client approval.)
