Our team

We like to think of our team as a creative bunch; artists, designers, thinkers, but most of all, makers.

James McGoram, Art Director

James leads the team and has a background in design and publishing. His primary role is to manage the team and work with clients to establish the scope of the project. An accomplished writer and designer, James prepares the documentation, the coffee and the launch party for each client.

Outside of the business he is an author and reviewer, teaches martial arts and runs the occasional half marathon. If you're a professional, you should feel free to connect to James on Linkedin.

Leon Matthews, Technical Director

Leon has a background in Computer Science and is responsible for maintaining our technical systems. He also develops new applications and code for use by the rest of the team. He's the guy we call in when a job looks impossible to everyone else and is our resident technology guru (not to be mistaken for charlatan.)

He also runs a successful personal website at lost.co.nz.

Jade Tang, Designer

Jade is an accomplished graphic designer, and is passionate about all things visual. Her passion is using design to create social and community development through organisations like yMedia.

Jade spends almost every waking moment thinking about design, but squeezes in some time for films, good food, and the occasional...um...design conference.

Sam Knowles, Programmer

Sam, an avid programmer, enjoys making things work. Give Sam a problem, and he'll find a way to solve it. Which is a good thing, as we're never in short supply of problems to solve.

When not programming websites, Sam play-tests the successful 'Flames of War' table top strategy game, and has an encyclopedic knowledge of World War Two history.
